– (IT) Aujourd’hui, nous avons voté en plénière concernant une proposition de résolution sur les composantes de droit positif du plan d’action mettant en œuvre le programme de Stockholm, en d’autres termes, les priorités de l’Union européenne pour le développement d’un espace de liberté, de sécurité et de justice au cours de la période 2010-2014 avec une attention particulière pour les composantes en droit civil, droit commercial, droit de la famille et droit international privé.
– (IT) Today, we voted in plenary on a proposal for a resolution on positive law aspects of the Action Plan implementing the Stockholm Programme, in other words, European Union priorities for the development of an area of freedom, security and justice in the period 2010-2014 with particular regard to aspects of civil, commercial and private international law.

Le rapport sur les composantes en droit civil, droit commercial, droit de la famille et droit international privé du plan d’action mettant en œuvre le programme de Stockholm, sur lequel nous avons voté, me semble suivre cette voie.
The report on civil law, commercial law, family law and private international law aspects of the Action Plan implementing the Stockholm Programme, on which we have voted, seems to me to be along these lines.
