À la suite d'une enquête antidumping (ci-après l'«enquête initiale»), le Conseil a institué, par le règlement d'exécution (UE) no 1331/2011 , un droit antidumping définitif sur les importations de certains tubes et tuyaux sans soudure en acier inoxydable originaires de la République populaire de Chine (ci-après la «RPC» ou le «pays concerné»).
Following an anti-dumping investigation (‘the original investigation’), by Regulation (EU) No 1331/2011 , the Council imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel originating in the People's Republic of China (‘the PRC’ or ‘country concerned’).
