TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Lorsque la déclaration d'exportation a été acceptée dans l'État membre dans lequel se trouve l'entrepôt d'avitaillement, l'autorité douanière compétente indique, lors de l'entrée en entrepôt d'avitaillement, sur le document national qui sera utilisé pour obtenir l'avance de la restitution, que les produits se trouvent dans la situation prévue à l'article 40.
1. Where an export declaration is accepted in the Member State in which the victualling warehouse is located, the competent customs authorities shall, on the entry of the goods into the victualling warehouse, endorse the national document used to obtain advance payment of the refund with a statement to the effect that the products comply with Article 40.
