Les informations pertinentes recueillies par les douanes seraient partagées, le cas échéant, avec, d'une part, l'organe national de contrôle financier responsable du blanchiment des capitaux, et avec, d'autre part, la douane de tout État membre lié aux mouvements suspects. Le partage des informations appropriées avec la Commission contribuerait aussi à limiter les menaces contre les intérêts financiers de la Communauté.
42. Relevant information gathered by a customs administration would be shared as appropriate with the national financial control body responsible for money laundering and with the customs administrations of any other Member States connected with the suspect movements. Sharing relevant information with the Commission would also help protect the Community's financial interests.
