Cette dotation est affectée conformément à l'article 2 de la présente décision en transférant 320 millions EUR de l'enveloppe destinée à soutenir le développement à long terme et 82 millions EUR de la facilité d'investissement à la dotation intra-ACP de l'enveloppe consacrée à la coopération et à l'intégration régionales.
The allocation shall be allocated in accordance with Article 2 of this Decision by transferring EUR 320 000 000 from the long-term development envelope and EUR 82 000 000 from the Investment Facility to the intra-ACP allocation of the envelope for regional cooperation and integration.

Les montants figurant aux points 1) et 3) ci-dessus sont transférés à la dotation intra-ACP de l'enveloppe consacrée à la coopération et à l'intégration régionales.
The amounts referred to in points 1 and 3 shall be transferred to the intra-ACP allocation of the envelope for regional cooperation and integration.

Cette contribution proviendra du solde non engagé de la dotation mentionnée à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, point b), de l'annexe IV à l'accord de partenariat ACP-CE, la dotation dite dotation B. Si le solde non engagé de la dotation B est insuffisant, le reste sera prélevé sur le solde non engagé de la dotation mentionnée à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, point a), de l'annexe IV, la dotation dite dotation A. Un montant total de 126,4 millions d'euros sera donc transféré des dotations nationales respectives vers la dotation intra-ACP au titre de l'enveloppe consacrée à la coopération régionale et l'intégration et sera utilisé pour la création d'une facilité de soutien à la paix pour l'Afrique.
Such contribution will be taken from the uncommitted balance of the allocation referred to in Article 3(2)(b) of Annex IV to the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement, the so-called B-allocation. If the uncommitted balance of the B-allocation is insufficient, the remainder will be taken from the uncommitted balance of the allocation referred to in Article 3(2)(a) of Annex IV, the so-called A-allocation. A total amount of EUR 126,4 million shall thus be transferred from the respective country allocations to the intra-ACP allocation under the envelope for regional cooperation and integration and used for the creation of a Peace Facility for Africa.

Par la décision n° 2/2003 du 16 mai 2003, le Conseil des ministres ACP-CE a décidé de transférer un montant de 335 millions d'euros des ressources non affectées de l'enveloppe du 9e FED consacrée au développement à long terme, à la dotation intra-ACP, afin d'apporter une contribution supplémentaire à l'initiative d'allègement de la dette en faveur des pays pauvres très endettés.
By decision N° 2/2003 of 16 May 2003 the ACP-EC Council of Ministers decided to transfer EUR 335 million from the unallocated resources under the reserve of the 9th EDF long-term development envelope to the intra-ACP allocation, allowing for a new contribution to the debt reduction initiative in favour of Highly Indebted Poor Countries.
