Je suis donc d'accord avec M. Coderre lorsqu'il dit qu'en rassemblant tous les éléments du dossier du sport, on en assurerait une meilleure coordination et on pourrait faire apparaître ce dossier sur l'écran radar du gouvernement, de façon à agir également sur la partie non visible de l'iceberg.
So Mr. Coderre's point, which I tend to agree with, is that if we were to package those pieces, that would ensure proper coordination and it would ensure that the whole package of sport was on the government's radar screen, so that what is below the tip of the iceberg finally got its fair due.

Il est donc important que le code proposé se réfère également à la vitalité du secteur, en le reliant notamment à la création artistique, aux initiatives de la jeunesse et aux projets intégrés concernant le patrimoine culturel et naturel, sinon il risque d'apparaître comme un secteur faible ponctionnant l'économie plutôt que comme une source vitale de création d'emplois.
Therefore it is important that the proposed Code also refers to the vitality of the sector, connecting it in particular, to artistic creation, youth initiatives and integrated projects concerning cultural and natural heritage. Otherwise there is the danger of creating the impression of a weak sector which is a drain on the economy, rather than that of a vital source of job-creation.
