IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Conformément à l’article 21, paragraphe 4, point e), du règlement (CE) no 1060/2009, l’Autorité européenne des marchés financiers (AEMF) devait soumettre à l’approbation de la Commission, au plus tard le 2 janvier 2012, des projets de normes techniques de réglementation concernant le contenu et la forme des données de notation que les agences de notation de crédit doivent notifier périodiquement à l’AEMF.
Point (e) of Article 21(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 requires the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) to submit by 2 January 2012 draft regulatory technical standards to be endorsed by the Commission concerning the content and format of the ratings data that credit ratings agencies should periodically report to ESMA.
