La Commission considère que la France ne respecte pas le principe de l'égalité de traitement dans la sécurité sociale, qui figure dans divers accords internationaux conclus entre la Communauté et certains États non membres, notamment les accords de coopération avec le Maroc, l'Algérie et la Tunisie et l'accord d'association avec la Turquie.
The Commission considers that France is failing to respect the principle of equal treatment in social security, which is contained in various international agreements concluded between the Community and certain non-member countries, namely the Cooperation Agreements with Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia and the Association Agreement with Turkey.
