In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission in order: to specify the format and code of the common data requirements for the purpose of the exchange of information between the customs authorities and between economic operators and customs authorities and the storage of such information and the procedural rules on the exchange and storage of information which can be made by means other than electronic data-processing techniques; to adopt decisions allowing one or several Member States to use means for the exchange and storage of information other than electronic data-processing techniques; to specify the customs authority which is responsible for the registration of economic operators and of other persons; to specify the technical arrangements for developing, maintaining and employing electronic systems; to specify the procedural rules on the conferral and proving of the entitlement for a customs representative to provide services in a Member State other than the one where he or she is established; the procedural rules on the submission and acceptance of an application for a decision relating to the application of the customs legislation, and on the taking and the monitoring of such a decision; the procedural rules on the annulment, revocation and amendment of favourable decisions; the procedural rules on the use of a decision relating to binding information after it ceases to be valid or is revoked; the procedural rules on the notification to the customs authorities that the taking of such decisions is suspended and on the withdrawal of such suspension; to adopt decisions requesting Member States to revoke decisions relating to binding information; to adopt the modalities for the application of the criteria for the granting of the status of authorised economic operator; to adopt measures to ensure uniform application of customs controls, including the exchange o ...

With a view to further harmonisation of the rules regarding the calculation of technical provisions which may be justified – in particular the interest rates and other assumptions influencing the level of technical provisions – the Commission, drawing on advice from EIOPA, shall, every 2 years or at the request of a Member State, issue a report on the situation concerning the development in cross-border activities’.

Lorsque l'autorité compétente ne prévient pas la personne concernée de la décision de refus de la mise sur le marché, de l'immatriculation ou de la mise en service d'un véhicule pour lequel une réception individuelle a été accordée par l'autorité compétente d'un autre État membre dans le délai prévu par le paragraphe 3 ter, le véhicule est considéré comme pouvant être légalement mis sur le marché, immatriculé ou mis en service dans cet État membre dans la mesure où l'application des dispositions techniques visées au paragraphe 3 bis est concernée.
When the competent authority fails to notify the person concerned of a decision to refuse the placing on the market, registration or entry into service of a vehicle which has been granted an individual approval by an approval authority from another Member State within the period specified in paragraph 3b, the vehicle shall be deemed to be lawfully placed on the market, registered or put into service in that Member State insofar as the application of its technical provisions as referred to in paragraph 3a is concerned.

Cette disposition ne fait pas obstacle à des licenciements pouvant intervenir pour des raisons économiques, techniques ou d'organisation impliquant des changements sur le plan de l'emploi.
This provision shall not stand in the way of dismissals that may take place for economic, technical or organisational reasons entailing changes in the workforce.

2. La liste des engins de pêche pouvant être utilisés dans les zones protégées, ainsi que les dispositions techniques appropriées, sont fixées par les autorités compétentes des États membres concernés en fonction des objectifs de conservation pertinents et conformément aux dispositions du présent règlement.
2. The competent authorities of the Member States concerned shall fix the list of fishing gear which may be used in protected zones, as well as the appropriate technical rules, on the basis of the relevant conservation objectives and in accordance with this Regulation.

THE COUNCIL , ACTING BY A QUALIFIED MAJORITY ON A PROPOSAL FROM THE COMMISSION , MAY TAKE MEASURES IN RESPECT OF ANY GOODS TO BRING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS REGULATION INTO LINE WITH ANY TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS WHICH MAY BE MADE TO THE RELEVANT REGULATIONS ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS .
