Accordingly, draft national measures applicable to on-demand audiovisual media services of a stricter or more detailed nature than those which are required to simply transpose Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2007 amending Council Directive 89/552/EEC on the coordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting activities should be subject to the procedural obligations established pursuant to Article 8 of Directive 98/34/EC.
