En conséquence, le règlement (CEE) n° 1417/76 du Conseil du 1er juin 1976 portant dispositions financières applicables à la Fondation européenne pour l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail(7) doit être abrogé avec effet à partir de l'entrée en vigueur de la réglementation financière adoptée par le conseil d'administration de ladite Fondation.
Consequently, Council Regulation (EEC) No 1417/76 of 1 June 1976 on the financial provisions applying to the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions(7) must be repealed with effect from the entry into force of the financial rules adopted by the Administrative Board of the said Foundation.
