L’annexe du règlement (CE) no 1033/2006 de la Commission du 4 juillet 2006 définissant les règles en matière de procédures applicables aux plans de vol durant la phase préalable au vol dans le ciel unique européen fait référence à plusieurs dispositions établies par l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale (ci-après dénommée l’«OACI») et applicables à la soumission, l’acceptation et la diffusion des plans de vol ainsi qu’aux modifications d’éléments essentiels d’un plan de vol pendant la phase préalable au vol. Depuis l’adoption du règlement (CE) no 1033/2006 et du règlement (UE) no 929/2010 de la Commission du 18 octobre 2010 modifiant le règlement (CE) no 1033/2006 en ce qui concerne les dispositions relatives à l’OACI visées à l’article 3, paragraphe 1 , lesdites dispositions ont été modifiées par l’OACI.
The Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1033/2006 of 4 July 2006 laying down the requirements on procedures for flight plans in the pre-flight phase for the single European sky refers to various provisions applying to the submission, acceptance and distribution of flight plans, as well as to changes to key items in a flight plan in the pre-flight phase, which are laid down by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (hereinafter ICAO). Since the adoption of Regulation (EC) No 1033/2006 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 929/2010 of 18 October 2010 amending Regulation (EC) No 1033/2006 as regards the ICAO provisions referred to in Article 3(1) those provisions have been amended by ICAO.
