This is an additional way for consumers to solve their disputes and will not replace the possibility of going to court, which is however usually more costly and takes longer (only 45% of consumers are satisfied by the way a court handled their complaint).

The Minister of Finance was challenged to explain the clause which refers to the method for determining the amount of a rebate payable under another clause to a consumer of a tour package that includes short-term accommodation, and where a registrant makes a supply to the consumer for a particular tour package that includes short-term accommodation that is made available to the consumer for any night, or any other short-term accommodation that is included in other tour packages supplied by the registrant to the consumer and made available to the consumer for the same night he is deemed to be included in a particular package that is not any other tour package.

Where the credit currency is different from the national currency of the consumer, the creditor shall indicate that the consumer will receive a regular warning at least when the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 20 %, where applicable the right to convert the currency of the credit agreement or to the possibility to renegotiate the conditions and any other arrangements available to the consumer to limit their exposure to exchange rate risk.

2.
