TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

La Commission a décidé d'engager une procédure contre la Hongrie au motif que cette dernière manque aux obligations qui lui incombent en vertu des dispositions du traité relatives à la libre circulation des capitaux, compte tenu des dispositions de la loi hongroise sur les ONG, qui entraînent une discrimination indirecte à l'égard des dons aux organisations de la société civile provenant de l'étranger et restreignent ceux-ci de manière disproportionnée.Ces dispositions, qui s'appliquent par référence aux capitaux d'origine étrangère, imposent un certain nombre de formalités et de charges administratives aux destinataires des capitaux et sont susceptibles d'avoir un effet stigmatisant tant sur les destinataires que sur les donateurs.
The Commission has decided to start legal proceedings against Hungary for failing to fulfil its obligations under the Treaty provisions on the free movement of capital, due to provisions in the NGO Law which indirectly discriminate and disproportionately restrict donations from abroad to civil society organisations. These provisions, which apply by reference to the foreign source of the capital, place a number of administrative formalities and burdens on the recipient of capital and are liable to have a stigmatising effect on both recipients and donors.

Il demande par conséquent d'inscrire dans le traité des dispositions contre le dumping social et de permettre à la Commission d'infliger des sanctions pour faire respecter des dispositions.
It is therefore requested to introduce anti social dumping provisions in the Treaty, that give the European Commission the competence to pronounce sanctions in order to safeguard them.
