The European Union welcomes the agreement signed by the Presidents of Chad and of Sudan on 8 February 2006 at the Summit Conference held in Tripoli, chaired by the President of the African Union, Denis Sassou N'guesso, and the leader of Libya, Muammar Al Kaddafi.
