En effet dans le respect du projet de modification de la Directive oiseaux introduit par la Commission le parlement français avait adopté le 15 juillet 1994 une loi appliquant la méthode ORNIS.
In compliance with the draft amendment to the Directive drawn up by the Commission, on 15 July 1994 the French Parliament had adopted a Law applying the ORNIS method.

Ce processus est en cours et je n'ai aucune raison de croire qu'à ce stade, un quelconque plan introduit pour bénéficier d'un financement régional ait violé les directives de l'UE relatives aux habitats et aux oiseaux sauvages.
