Lorsqu'elle élabore les actes d'exécution visés aux paragraphes 1 et 2 et en débat avec le comité visé à l'article 5, la Commission tient compte des normes de base fixées conformément à la directive 2013/59/Euratom du Conseil , y compris du principe selon lequel toute exposition doit être maintenue au plus faible niveau possible eu égard, en priorité, à la protection de la santé publique et compte tenu des facteurs économiques et sociaux, en particulier pour les tranches les plus vulnérables de la société .
3. When preparing the implementing acts referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and discussing it with the committee referred to in Article 5, the Commission shall take into account the basic standards laid down in accordance with Council Directive 2013/59/Euratom , including the principle that all exposures shall be kept as low as reasonably achievable, taking into account, as a priority, the protection of the health of the general public and considering economic and societal factors, particularly of the most vulnerable segments of society .
