Je reconnais tout à fait qu'un ministre de la Couronne qui est membre du Conseil privé ou du Sénat peut réclamer un système différent de gouvernement puisque la Constitution prévoit clairement comment modifier le système de gouvernement, même la question de la monarchie constitutionnelle, c'est-à-dire à l'unanimité.
I totally agree that a minister of the Crown who is a Privy Councillor or a member of the Senate can call for a different system of government on the basis that the Constitution provides clearly how to change the system of government, even the question of the constitutional monarchy, and that is by unanimity.
