Je pense que nous devrons veiller, demain, lors du vote, à ce que les dispositions relatives aux obligations de diffusion (must-carry ) et à la compensation financière pour ceux qui y sont contraints, soient équilibrées par rapport aux dispositions concernant les entreprises de télécommunications, qui, elles, seront soumises à des obligations en vertu des autres règles.
I believe that, when voting tomorrow, we should ensure that there is a balance in the provisions between, on the one hand, ‘must carry’ obligations and financial compensation for those required to follow them and, on the other hand, compensation for the telecommunications companies which have obligations under the other regulations.
