Définition: Episode dépressif, éventuellement prolongé, survenant au décours d'une maladie schizophrénique. Definition: A depressive episode, which may be prolonged, arising in the aftermath of a schizophrenic illness. These depressive states are associated with an increased risk of suicide. If the patient no longer has any schizophrenic symptoms, a depressive episode should be diagnosed (F32.-). If schizophrenic symptoms are still florid and prominent, the diagnosis should remain that of the appropriate schizophrenic subtype (F20.0-F20.3).

TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Dans l’hypothèse où ledit acte législatif devient applicable après le 15 juin 2017, l’article 7, points 5), du présent règlement, en ce qui concerne les articles 6 bis à 6 quinquies du règlement (UE) no 531/2012, l’article 7, point 7 a) à c), du présent règlement et l’article 7, point 8 a), b) et d), du présent règlement s’appliquent à partir de la date d’application dudit acte législatif.
In the event that that legislative act becomes applicable after 15 June 2017, point 5 of Article 7 of this Regulation, as regards Articles 6a to 6d of Regulation (EU) No 531/2012, point 7(a) to (c) of Article 7 of this Regulation and point 8(a), (b) and (d) of Article 7 shall apply from the date of application of that legislative act.

(2) Un officier ou milicien à qui le paragraphe (1) s’applique est obligé de choisir s’il lui sera accordé la pension y mentionnée, et s’il fait ainsi son choix, son service à compter de la date de son enrôlement dans les forces, alors qu’il appartenait à ladite armée de réserve, jusqu’à la date de sa radiation des cadres de la force expéditionnaire canadienne ne doit pas être compris dans la période de service en vue d’une autre pension ou d’une gratification sous le régime de la présente loi. (2) An officer or militiaman to whom subsection (1) applies, shall be required to elect whether he shall be granted the pension therein mentioned, and if he so elects his service from the date of his enlistment in the Force while belonging to the said Army Reserve until the date he was struck off the strength of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, shall not be included in the term of service for any other pension or a gratuity under this Act; any gratuity or pension under this Act granted to an officer or militiaman prior to his so electing shall be re-computed as of the date on which the pension mentioned in subsection (1) commenced by excluding from the term of service on which such gratuity or pension was based the service first mentioned in this subsection; if by the exclusion of such service the officer or militiaman has not sufficient service to entitle him to a gratuity or pension, or the gratuity or pension to which he would be entitled on such re-computation is less than the gratuity or pension heretofore granted, there will be recovered from the pension payable to such officer or militiaman, under subsection (1), all payments of gratuity and pension or overpayments thereof which have resulted; but if an officer who has already been granted a pension under this Act elects as aforesaid, and by the exclusion of the service mentioned he becomes ineligible for the grant of such pension, but becomes eligible for the payment of a gratuity under this Act, then such gratuity shall be applied toward the recovery of the payments of pension already made, and any balance of such payments not met by the application of such gratuity shall be recovered from the pension payable to such officer under subsection (1).

5. Par dérogation aux paragraphes 1 à 4 du présent article, les États membres peuvent décider que la protection internationale devient juridiquement caduque si le bénéficiaire d’une protection internationale a renoncé de manière non équivoque à sa reconnaissance en tant que tel. 5. By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 to 4 of this Article, Member States may decide that international protection shall lapse by law where the beneficiary of international protection has unequivocally renounced his or her recognition as such. A Member State may also provide that international protection shall lapse by law where the beneficiary of international protection has become a national of that Member State.

3. Any regional economic integration organisation referred to in Article 24 which becomes a Party without any of its Member States being a Party shall be bound by all the obligations under this Protocol.
