What I mean by this is that right there now, if we look at taxation, I have about 1,000 acres of land and if I die tomorrow my estate is going to be taxed in a way whereby, when the land is transferred to my kids, they're going to have to harvest that land, clear-cut it to pay the tax they owe to the government.
