While the Sahtu Dene and Metis did not participate in the hearings, we learned through our deliberations that in March 2012 the representatives of the Sahtu Dene and Metis in the Tulita District did join with the government in signing an Impact and Benefit Plan in the prosed Nááts'ihch'oh National Park Reserve.
