(11 ter) Étant donné, en particulier dans les pays tiers, que les mesures de promotion prises devraient favoriser l'accès du consommateur aux produits européens et que, par ailleurs, les organisations cofinancent un pourcentage considérable des programmes, les organisations proposantes participantes devraient pouvoir présenter leurs produits aux événements commerciaux, comme les foires et autres manifestations, illustrant ainsi la richesse, la qualité et la variété des produits communautaires disponibles .
(11b) Bearing in mind that, especially in third countries, the promotional measures introduced should foster access to European products for consumers, and also bearing in mind that the organisations co-finance a substantial percentage of the programmes, the participating proposing organisations should be able to present their products at commercial events, such as fairs and other events, in order to show the richness, quality and variety of the Community products available.

(11 ter) étant donné, en particulier dans les pays tiers, que les mesures de promotion mises en route doivent favoriser l’accès du consommateur aux produits européens et que, par ailleurs, les organisations cofinancent un pourcentage considérable des programmes, les organisations proposantes participantes doivent pouvoir être présentes avec leurs produits dans des événements commerciaux, comme les foires etc., illustrant ainsi la richesse, la qualité et la variété de l’offre communautaire disponible;
(11b) Bearing in mind that, especially in third countries, the promotional measures introduced should foster access to European products for consumers, and also bearing in mind that the organisations co-finance a substantial percentage of the programmes, the participating proposing organisations should be able to present their products at commercial events, such as trade and other fairs, in order to show the richness, quality and variety of the Community products available.

Il convient d’assouplir la part de la contribution du ou des États membres et de la ou des organisations proposantes, tout en laissant à la charge de l'organisation proposante une part de financement minimal obligatoire.
The share of the contribution of the Member State(s) and the proposing organisation(s) should be made more flexible, leaving however a minimum share of compulsory financing to be borne by the proposing organisation.

Parmi d'autres motifs fréquents d'inéligibilité, on peut citer le fait que l'organisation proposante n'était pas suffisamment représentative du secteur (13 cas) ou encore que l'État membre ou bien l'organisation proposante ne s'était pas suffisamment engagé en matière de cofinancement (10 cas).
Other frequent problems leading to non-eligibility have been that the proposing organisation is not sufficiently representative of the sector (13 cases) and that either the Member State or the proposing organisation have not committed themselves to their share of the co-financing (10 cases).
