1. Lorsque la législation applicable ou la compétence en matière d’octroi de prestations familiales change d’État membre au cours d’un mois civil, quelles que soient les échéances pour le versement des prestations familiales prévues par la législation de ces États membres, l’institution qui a versé les prestations familiales en application de la législation au titre de laquelle les prestations ont été accordées au début de ce mois supporte cette charge jusqu’à la fin du mois en cours.
1. Where the applicable legislation and/or the competence to grant family benefits change between Member States during a calendar month, irrespective of the payment dates of family benefits under the legislation of those Member States, the institution which has paid the family benefits by virtue of the legislation under which the benefits have been granted at the beginning of that month shall continue to do so until the end of the month in progress.

Si le pays tiers s'est engagé juridiquement à fournir l'assistance demandée en vue de recueillir les preuves du caractère irrégulier d'opérations qui vont ou semblent aller à l'encontre des dispositions législatives applicables en matière d'aliments pour animaux et de denrées alimentaires, les informations obtenues en application du présent règlement peuvent être communiquées à ce pays tiers, sous réserve de l'accord des autorités compétentes qui les ont fournies, conformément à la législation relative à la communication de données à caractère personnel à des pays tiers.
2. If the third country has given a legal undertaking to provide the assistance required to gather evidence of the irregular nature of transactions that are or appear to be contrary to the relevant feed and food law, information obtained under this Regulation may be communicated to that third country, with the consent of the competent authorities that supplied the information, in accordance with laws applying to the communication of personal data to third countries.
