Lors de cette réunion, un examen de la proposition de règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil qui procède à une refonte du règlement (CE) n° 517/94 du Conseil du 7 mars 1994 relatif au régime commun applicable aux produits textiles en provenance de certains pays tiers non couverts par des accords, protocoles ou autre arrangements bilatéraux, ou par d'autres régimes communautaires spécifiques d'importation, a permis au groupe consultatif de conclure, d'un commun accord, que la proposition ne contient aucune modification de fond autre que celles identifiées comme telles.
At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council recasting Council Regulation (EC) No 517/94 of 7 March 1994 on common rules for imports of textile products from certain third countries not covered by bilateral agreements, protocols or other arrangements, or by other specific Community import rules resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal does not comprise any substantive amendments other than those identified as such.
