D. considérant que la Belgique a introduit la demande EGF/2013/007 BE/Hainaut steel en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du Fonds à la suite de 708 licenciements, au sein de deux entreprises, consécutivement à la fermeture de l'entreprise Duferco et à des réductions de personnel dans l'entreprise NLMK, entreprises qui relèvent de la division 24 («Fabrication de métaux de base») de la NACE 2 et se situent toutes deux à La Louvière, dans la région du Hainaut; que les licenciements sont survenus durant la période de référence allant du 22 janvier 2013 au 22 octobre 2013 et sont liés à un recul de la part de marché de l'Union dans le secteur de la production d'acier;
D. whereas Belgium submitted application EGF/2013/007 BE/Hainaut steel for a financial contribution from the EGF following 708 redundancies in two companies, linked to the closure of Duferco and to staff reductions at NLMK, operating in the NACE 2 Division 24 'Manufacturing of basic metals', and both located in La Louvière in the Hainaut region; whereas the redundancies took place during the reference period from 22 January 2013 to 22 October 2013 and are linked to a decline of the Union's market share in the sector of steel production;

D. considérant que la Pologne a introduit la demande EGF/2013/009 PL/Zachem en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du Fonds à la suite de 615 licenciements chez Zaklady Chemiczne Zachem et deux de ses fournisseurs en raison de la cessation de la production et de la restructuration de Zachem, entreprise relevant de la division 20 de la NACE Rév. 2 («Industrie chimique»), située dans la voïvodie de Couïavie-Poméranie, région de niveau NUTS II; que 404 des 615 travailleurs licenciés sont inscrits comme chômeurs au bureau de l'emploi du district de Bydgoszcz; que les licenciements sont survenus durant la période de référence allant du 31 mars 2013 au 31 juillet 2013 et sont liés à un recul de la part de marché de l'Union dans l'industrie chimique;
D. whereas Poland submitted application EGF/2013/009 PL/Zachem for a financial contribution from the EGF following 615 redundancies in Zaklady Chemiczne Zachem and 2 suppliers, linked to the discontinuation of production and corporate reorganisation of Zachem, operating in the NACE 2 Division 20 'Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products', located in the NUTS 2 Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province; whereas 404 persons out of the 615 redundant workers have registered as unemployed in the district employment office in Bydgoszcz; whereas the redundancies took place during the reference period from 31 March 2013 to 31 July 2013 and are linked to a decline in the Union's market share of the chemical industry;

D. considérant que la France a présenté la demande EGF/2013/014 FR/Air France en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du Fonds à la suite de 5 213 licenciements, dont 3 886 personnes devraient participer aux mesures, pendant et après la période de référence du 1 juillet 2013 au 31 octobre 2013, en raison d'une diminution de la part de marché de l'Union dans le transport aérien;
D. whereas France submitted application EGF/2013/014 FR/Air France for a financial contribution from the EGF, following 5213 redundancies, with 3886 persons expected to participate in the measures, during and after the reference period from 1 July 2013 to 31 October 2013, linked to a decline in the Union's market share in air transport,
