La Commission a autorisé une nouvelle entreprise commune, appelée DEMAG KOMATSU GmbH, entre Mannesmann Demag et Komatsu Ltd. Cette entreprise commune, à participation de 50/50, sera établie en Allemagne et développera, produira et distribuera de grandes machines excavatrices hydrauliques qui seront utilisées notamment dans l'industrie minière.
The Commission has given the green light to the proposed joint venture called DEMAG Komatsu GmbH between Mannesmann DEMAG AG and KOMATSU Ltd. The 50:50 joint venture settled in Germany will develop, manufacture and distribute large-sized hydraulic excavators primarily for the use in the mining and quarry industry.
