22. demande à la Commission de promouvoir sans réserve la participation de tous les pays candidats aux programmes communautaires susceptibles de renforcer le paramètre d'égalité, et en particulier au programme relatif à la stratégie-cadre de la Communauté sur l'égalité entre hommes et femmes (2001-2005), ainsi qu'aux programmes STOP II et DAPHNE; prie également la Commission à veiller à ce que les programmes Phare et Access apportent une contribution croissante à des projets en matière d'égalité entre hommes et femmes;
22. Calls on the Commission to fully promote the participation of all the candidate countries in Community programmes which can strengthen equality and especially in the programme relating to the Community framework strategy on gender equality (2001-2005), as well as in the STOP II and DAPHNE programmes; calls also on the Commission to ensure that the Phare and Access programmes will increasingly benefit gender equality projects;
