Le 19 janvier 2012, conformément à l’article 69, paragraphe 4, du règlement (CE) no 1907/2006, le Royaume de Danemark a soumis à l’Agence européenne des produits chimiques (ci-après l’«Agence») un dossier en vue d’engager une procédure de restriction conformément aux articles 69 à 73 dudit règlement (ci-après le «dossier conforme aux prescriptions de l’annexe XV»).
On 19 January 2012, the Kingdom of Denmark submitted to the European Chemicals Agency (hereinafter ‘Agency’) a dossier pursuant to Article 69(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, in order to initiate the restrictions process in accordance with Articles 69 to 73 of that Regulation (hereinafter ‘Annex XV dossier’).
