Pour que les dispositions de la convention de Lugano lui soient applicables, le Danemark devrait donc participer en tant que partie contractante à une nouvelle convention portant sur le même sujet.
In order for the rules of the Lugano Convention to apply to Denmark, Denmark should therefore participate as a Contracting Party to a new convention covering the same subject matter.

Au vu de ces éléments, le rapporteur est d'avis que dans le future le Danemark devrait renoncer au Protocole sur la position du Danemark annexé au traité d'Amsterdam et donc participer à toutes les mesures relevant du Titre IV TCE.

(2) On 12 October 2000, Denmark transferred to Sweden 25 tonnes of Northern prawn in Norwegian waters south of 62° 00' N. Fishing for Northern prawn in Norwegian waters south of 62° 00' N by vessels flying the flag of Sweden or registered in Sweden should therefore be authorised.
