T. considérant, dans ce contexte, l'arrestation, le 4 mars 2013, du porte-parole de l'opposition USN, Daher Ahmed Farah; considérant qu'il a été jugé coupable d'appel à la rébellion à la suite des élections législatives contestées de février 2013; que deux autres personnes étaient poursuivies dans ce même dossier, que l'une d'entre elles a été condamnée à de la prison avec sursis et que l'autre a été relaxée; que, le 26 juin 2013, la Cour d'appel a, de nouveau, condamné Daher Ahmed Farah à deux mois de prison ferme;
T. having regard in this context to the arrest of the spokesperson of the USN opposition, Daher Ahmed Farah, on 4 March 2013; whereas he was found guilty of having called for a rebellion after the parliamentary elections of February 2013; whereas two other people were charged in the same case, one of whom received a suspended sentence of imprisonment while the other was acquitted; whereas on 26 June 2013 the Court of Appeal again sentenced Daher Ahmed Farah to two months’ unconditional imprisonment;
