Actually, I think the whole reason this committee was created is that there is an anticipation that this will happen, and there is the hope that at the federal level, the Parliament of Canada can seize upon the charter responsibilities it has, as I mentioned at the beginning of my presentation, and work out what the next step is without waiting for the courts to make a final decision on the question of constitutionality.
