Précision sur l’ouverture cette action aux seuls étudiants et universitaires ayant un excellent cursus universitaire, ceci afin d’éviter toute dérive dans les appels d’offre qui pourraient ouvrir ce programme à des réfugiés politiques, demandeurs d’asile ou des personnes qui travaillent dans les entreprises privées ou dans l’administration, comme cela a été le cas par le passé.
