In a 2007 decision[30] the Court has extended this case-law beyond the families of migrant workers by stating that, if a Member State offers its nationals support for education and training purposes and if they want to undertake this education or training in another Member State, the home Member State cannot require that the programme followed abroad be the continuation of that taken in the state of origin.
