Il y a tout de même du côté mauritanien un problème sérieux tenant au harcèlement de nos navires et aux saisies de navires que le pays pratique histoire d'avoir des amendes au passage, mais il est vrai que la Commission européenne, Mme Isler Béguin le rappelait tout à l'heure, n'a pas été spécialement sympathique et a mis le couteau, sinon le poisson, sous la gorge du gouvernement mauritanien.
