J'exhorte tous les députés à examiner sérieusement ce projet de loi, à le considérer comme une proposition très constructive de la Chambre. C'est un moyen très réaliste d'éviter aux enfants de courir les risques inhérents aux contacts avec des matières dangereuses, toxiques, carcinogènes, comme le cadmium, le plomb et les phtalates.
I urge all hon. members to give serious consideration to this bill, to consider it a very constructive proposition for the House, a very realistic way in which we can remove from children any threat of risk pertaining to the very dangerous contact with any kind of toxic carcinogenic material such cadmium, lead and phthalates.
