considérant que, en ce qui concerne le produit cosmétique fini, il y a lieu de préciser les informations qui doivent être tenues à la disposition des autorités de contrôle du lieu de fabrication ou de première importation sur le marché communautaire; qu'il importe que ces informations comportent tous les éléments nécessaires relatifs à l'identité, à la qualité, à la sécurité pour la santé humaine et aux effets revendiqués par le produit cosmétique;
Whereas, with regard to the finished cosmetic product, it should be made clear which information is to be made available to the monitoring authorities of the place of manufacture or of initial importation into the Community market; whereas that information should include all the necessary particulars relating to identity, quality, safety for human health and the effects claimed for the cosmetic product;
