38. se félicite de la préalimentation du budget du programme Erasmus +; estime néanmoins que la préalimentation ne représente qu'une modification d'ordre cosmétique (150 millions EUR pour 2014 et 2015, sur un total de 13 milliards EUR) par rapport à l'enveloppe globale du programme; souligne néanmoins que ceci ne mettra pas le programme à l'abri des coupes opérées par les chefs d'État et de gouvernement et fixées dans la ventilation indicative du CFP réalisée par la Commission (-14 %);
38. Welcomes the frontload of the Erasmus + budget; considers however that the frontloading is a cosmetic change (EUR 150 million for 2014 and 2015 out of EUR 13 billion) compare to the overall envelope of the programme; points however that this will not prevent the programme from the cuts made by the Heads of state and government and laid down in the indicative MFF breakdown made by the European Commission (-14 %);
