Par ailleurs, nous avons encore une fois, dans ce rapport très intelligent contre lequel les Verts avaient voté - nous disions en effet qu'il était impossible que la Corée puisse maintenir ce qu'elle a prétendu vouloir maintenir nous avions dit, à la page 9 de ce rapport, à l'article 16 : (le Parlement) "souligne cependant qu'il continuera à réclamer un accord interinstitutionnel approprié et qu'il se réserve le droit de bloquer à tout instant des transferts de crédits à la KEDO".
Furthermore, we have once again, in this highly intelligent report against which the Greens voted – we said that it was impossible for Korea to maintain what it claimed to want to maintain. We said on page 9 of this report, in Article 16, that Parliament ‘stresses, however, that it will continue to push for an appropriate Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) and that it reserves the right to block transfer of funds to KEDO at any point in the future’.
