Indeed it even claimed in its reply to the Statement of Objections (p. 42) not to have attended the meeting of 18 August, but this assertion is refuted by the information provided by Løgstør itself under Article 11, showing that its sales director had attended the meeting in question on that date (In fact Løgstør had already been actively involved in the initial contacts in March-April and on its own admission attended the 3 May meeting in Hannover and received the price list which was subsequently drawn up and distributed by Henss and the cartel coordinator).
