30. rappelle que l'Union a ratifié la convention de l'Unesco de 2005 sur la protection et la promotion de la diversité des expressions culturelles et demande aux États membres qui ne l'ont pas encore fait de ratifier la convention de l'Unesco de 1970 concernant les mesures à prendre pour interdire et empêcher l'importation, l'exportation et le transfert de propriété illicites de biens culturels, la convention de 1995 d'Unidroit sur les biens culturels volés ou illicitement exportés, qui constituent des instruments essentiels pour le renforcement de la protection du patrimoine culturel mondial et de la diversité culturelle, ainsi que la convention pour la protection des biens culturels en cas de conflit armé, signée en 1954, et ses deux protocoles, à savoir la convention de l'Unesco sur la protection du patrimoine culturel subaquatique, signée en 2001 ainsi que la convention de l'Unesco pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel, signée en 2003; demande l'harmonisation de la législation et un accord international sur le patrimoine culturel et sur le trafic illicite;

Recalls that the EU has ratified the 2005 UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions and calls on the Member States who have not already done so to ratify the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, and the 1950 UNIDROIT Convention on Stolen and Illegally Exported Cultural Objects, which represent important tools for strengthening the protection of global cultural heritage and cultural diversity, as well as the 1954 Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and its two protocols, the 2001 UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage and the 2003 UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage; calls for the harmonisation of legislation and an international agreement on cultural heritage and illicit trafficking;

J. considérant qu'en mars 2010, l'UNESCO a exhorté les autorités syriennes à "respecter les conventions internationales dont elles sont signataires, en particulier la Convention pour la protection des biens culturels en cas de conflit armé (1954), la Convention concernant les mesures à prendre pour interdire et empêcher l'importation, l'exportation et le transfert de propriété illicites de biens culturels (1970), et la Convention concernant la protection du patrimoine mondial, culturel et naturel (1972);
J. whereas in March 2012 UNESCO urged the Syrian authorities to ‘respect the international Conventions they have signed, in particular the 1954 Convention for the Protection of Cultural Properties in the Event of Armed Conflict, the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (1970), and the 1972 World Heritage Convention’, thus recalling their duty to ensure the protection of the cultural heritage;

1. Les États membres peuvent prévoir, par la loi ou au moyen de conventions collectives, des règles plus spécifiques pour assurer la protection des droits et libertés en ce qui concerne le traitement des données à caractère personnel des employés dans le cadre des relations de travail, aux fins, notamment, du recrutement, de l'exécution du contrat de travail, y compris le respect des obligations fixées par la loi ou par des conventions collectives, de la gestion, de la planification et de l'organisation du travail, de l'égalité et de la diversité sur le lieu de travail, de la santé et de la sécurité au travail, de la protection des biens appartenant à l'employeur ou au client, aux fins de l'exercice et de la jouissance des droits et des avantages liés à l'emploi, individuellement ou collectivement, ainsi qu'aux fins de la résiliation de la relation de travail.
1. Member States may, by law or by collective agreements, provide for more specific rules to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms in respect of the processing of employees' personal data in the employment context, in particular for the purposes of the recruitment, the performance of the contract of employment, including discharge of obligations laid down by law or by collective agreements, management, planning and organisation of work, equality and diversity in the workplace, health and safety at work, protection of employer's or customer's property and for the purposes of the exercise and enjoyment, on an individual or collective basis, of rights and benefits related to employment, and for the purpose of the termination of the employment relationship.
