L'application correcte et coordonnée de la directive 2011/92/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 décembre 2011 concernant l'évaluation des incidences de certains projets publics et privés sur l'environnement , de la directive 2001/42/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 juin 2001 relative à l'évaluation des incidences de certains plans et programmes sur l'environnement , le cas échéant, de la convention sur l'accès à l'information, la participation du public au processus décisionnel et l'accès à la justice en matière d'environnement, signée à Aarhus le 25 juin 1998 (ci-après dénommée «convention d'Aarhus»), et de la convention d'Espoo sur l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement dans un contexte transfrontière (ci-après dénommée «convention d'Espoo»), devrait permettre d'assurer l'harmonisation des principes essentiels d'évaluation des incidences environnementales, y compris dans un contexte transfrontalier.
The correct and coordinated implementation of Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment , of Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment , where applicable, of the Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters, signed in Aarhus on 25 June 1998 (the ‘Aarhus Convention’), and of the Espoo Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context (the ‘Espoo Convention’) should ensure the harmonisation of the main principles for the assessment of environmental effects, including in a cross-border context.

invite tous les États membres à ratifier de toute urgence la convention no 189 de l'OIT et à veiller à sa stricte application afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail et de garantir le respect des articles de ladite convention de l'OIT et de la recommandation no 201 de l'OIT de 2011; rappelle que, conformément à la constitution de l'OIT, les gouvernements sont tenus de soumettre la convention et la recommandation à leur parlement national en vue de favoriser l'adoption de mesures de mise en œuvre de ces instruments et que, dans le cas de la convention, la procédure de soumission vise également à promouvoir la ratification.

4. Without going into detail over the substance of the Convention (since Parliament is not significantly involved in the process leading to the implementation thereof) it may nonetheless be useful to consider certain aspects relating to the nature of the Convention, the democratic and judicial monitoring of Europol and the protection of personal data.
