Personnellement, j'accepte difficilement que plus de contrôle soit exercé sur un organisme largement financé par des fonds publics, auquel certains critères ne s'appliquent pas.
I personally find it hard to accept giving greater control over an agency funded to a large extent by taxpayers' money, an agency which would not then be held to certain standards of accountability.
