If we add cases of non-notification, complaints account for a minority of proceedings initiated. Comme on l'a déjà souligné ici, il faut adopter les solutions juridiques, économiques, sociales et de contrôle des flux migratoires sur la base d'un projet commun, sur la base d'une politique commune.
As has been said here, any solutions which are legal, economic, social or based on controlling the flow of migration, should be adopted according to a common approach, in accordance with a common policy.
