Marjory LeBreton: Honourable senators, yesterday in response to a question in the other place, which was reported in the media last night and again today, the Minister of Canadian Heritage, when questioned about the funding of the controversial film, Bubbles Galore, said the responsibility lay with Brian Mulroney.
