Hence, the reporting requirements set out in Article 60(5) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 should not apply to the Union financial contribution to the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking but they should be aligned, to the extent possible, to the ones foreseen for bodies under Article 208 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012.
