IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Étant donné que les règles établies dans le présent règlement déterminent les conditions d'application de la méthode définie dans le règlement délégué (UE) 2015/63 adopté en application de l'article 103, paragraphe 7, de la directive 2014/59/UE, les différences entre le calcul par le CRU des contributions annuelles des établissements agréés dans les États membres participants et le calcul des contributions annuelles dans les États membres qui ne participent pas au MRU ne devraient refléter que les spécificités du système unifié applicable dans les États membres participants.
As the rules laid down in this Regulation determine conditions for the application of the methodology set out in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/63 adopted pursuant to Article 103(7) of Directive 2014/59/EU, the differences between the calculation of the annual contributions by the Board for the institutions authorised in the participating Member States and the calculation of the annual contributions in the Member States which are not participating in the SRM should reflect only the specificities of a unified system in the participating Member States.

(2) Lorsqu’un participant reprend son service après avoir été absent par congé et n’a pas versé les contributions qu’il est tenu d’acquitter à l’égard de la période ou de toute partie de la période où il a été ainsi absent, le montant de contributions applicable sera recouvré par retenues mensuelles prélevées sur son compte de solde, durant une période ne dépassant pas six mois, par montants non inférieurs aux montants qu’il était tenu de verser pendant qu’il était absent, sauf que, dans des circonstances exceptionnelles, il est loisible au ministre de prolonger la période durant laquelle les contributions seront recouvrées.
(2) Where a participant returns to duty after having been absent from duty with leave and has not paid the contributions required to be paid by him in respect of the period, or any part thereof, during which he was so absent, the appropriate amount of contributions shall be recovered by monthly deductions from his pay account during a period of not more than six months in amounts not less than amounts that were required to be paid by him while he was so absent, except that, in exceptional circumstances, the Minister, in his discretion, may extend the period during which the contributions shall be recovered.

(6) For greater certainty, a reduction in contributions under paragraph (2)(a) or subsection (4) is not to be considered as changing the contribution rate that applied before the reduction in contributions.

(3) Notwithstanding anything in this section, where a participant who has been absent from duty with leave and has returned to duty is paying the appropriate amount of contributions in respect of a period when he was so absent by reservation from his pay and allowances, he may pay, in one lump sum, at any time prior to the expiration of the period during which the contributions are to be recovered from pay and allowances, the amount payable by him in respect of the period during which he was so absent.
