TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Afin d'accroître la souplesse en matière de mobilisation du soutien aux instruments financiers à partir des différentes sources gérées par l'autorité de gestion selon l'un des modes de mise en œuvre visés à l'article 38, paragraphe 4, premier alinéa, du règlement (UE) no 1303/2013, il est nécessaire de clarifier la manière dont les contributions des programmes sont transférées et gérées, notamment les circonstances dans lesquelles un instrument financier peut recevoir des contributions de plusieurs programmes ou de plusieurs axes prioritaires ou mesures d'un même programme ainsi que les conditions dans lesquelles les contributions nationales publiques ou privées aux instruments financiers apportées au niveau des bénéficiaires finaux peuvent être prises en compte en tant que ressources nationales de cofinancement.
To increase flexibility in mobilising support for financial instruments from different sources managed by the managing authority in one of the ways set out in the first subparagraph of Article 38(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, it is necessary to clarify how the programme contributions are transferred and managed. In particular it is necessary to clarify the circumstances under which a financial instrument may receive contributions from more than one programme or from more than one priority axis or measure of the same programme, and the conditions under which national public or private contributions to financial instruments made at the level of final recipients can be taken into consideration as national co-financing resources.
