Par courrier daté du 14 février 2006, la Commission a demandé des clarifications aux autorités irlandaises pour savoir si les conclusions de la Cour de justice européenne dans l’affaire C-188/03 (Junk contre Kühnel) avaient été incluses dans la section pertinente de la loi de transposition irlandaise.
(EN) The Commission asked by letter dated 14 February 2006 for clarifications from the Irish authorities on whether the findings of the European Court of Justice in case C-188/03 (Junk v. Kühnel) had been incorporated in the relevant section of the Irish transposing legislation.
