c) “contrat de concession”: un contrat à titre onéreux conclu par écrit entre un ou plusieurs opérateurs économiques et un ou plusieurs pouvoirs adjudicateurs au sens des articles 117 et 190, afin de confier l'exécution de travaux ou la fourniture et la gestion de services à un opérateur économique (ci-après dénommé “concession”).
“concession contract” means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 117 and 190, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the “concession”).

2. Contract agents employed under Article 3a or 3b of the Conditions of Employment in the institutions of the Union who are engaged by the EPPO with a contract concluded before and no later than 1 year after the EPPO becomes operational in accordance with the decision mentioned in Article 120(2) shall be offered contracts under Article 3a Conditions of Employment whereas all other conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged.

Les agents temporaires qui sont employés au sein des institutions, organes ou organismes de l’Union au titre de l’article 2, point a), du régime applicable aux autres agents et qui sont engagés par le Parquet européen dans le cadre d’un contrat conclu avant que le Parquet européen soit devenu opérationnel conformément à la décision visée à l’article 120, paragraphe 2, et au plus tard un an après, se voient offrir des contrats au titre de l’article 2, point f), du régime applicable aux autres agents, toutes les autres conditions du contrat demeurant inchangées, sans préjudice de la nécessité de respecter les obligations découlant du régime applicable aux autres agents.

As regards the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) for Iceland, given the purpose of this instrument and the government’s decision on the accession negotiations, the Commission has suspended preparatory work on IPA II. The Commission will not sign any new contracts under IPA I. As concerns projects for which contracts have already been signed, the Commission is undertaking a project-by-project assessment together with the Icelandic authorities in order for the Commission to determine which projects would be continued.
